we recommend the following

If you tear your wader, break your rod or have a reel that’s not running smooth... Don’t worry. As long as you have bought your product at a retailer in Europe our repair center will help you! But before you send in your Simms product, Waterworks/Lamson Fly reel or your Scott Fly rod there are some things you can do yourself to get back on the water as soon s possible. If you have a problem with your Simms wader it’s a good idea to check the following instruction videos. These videos will give you helpful information on what you can and should do yourself before you send your wader to our repair center

- So what should you do after you have done what’s described in the videos and the wader still leak, or if you have another Simms product, WWL reel or Scott fly rod that you need help with? Simply go back to the dealer wear you purchased your product with your receipt, and you will get the assistance you need to send your product to us for repair.

General information on how  Flyfish Europe’s Simms  warranty works:
If a Simms product fails due to workmanship or material defect during the life of the product, please return it to us for repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.

All defective or damaged products should be returned to Flyfish Europe AS for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Flyfish Europe AS.

Be aware of:
Self Repairs on seams on waterproof breathable garments can affect the Warranty. Self repairs can make it impossible for the Repair Technicians to locate and repair the leaks. In worst case a product will be impossible to repair and will therefore be deemed as Beyond Repair/Worn Out.

What Simms “life time” warranty means:
It means the life of the product, not the life time of the customer. When the product eventually is Worn Out by improper use, care or normal wear and tear all warranties cease to exist.
